About Golden Nutrition and Wellness

Erin Meyer, RD, MS

Erin Meyer, MS, RD

Erin’s path to nutrition began with a deep interest in the connection between food, health and the communities we live in. Over the past decade, she has worked across nutrition, food systems and food security, including leading programs that connected millions of pounds of surplus food with people and communities who need it. These experiences shaped her belief that nutrition is about much more than what is on your plate. It is also about access, culture, relationships, routines and the many factors that influence how we eat and care for ourselves. Today, through Golden Nutrition and Wellness, Erin brings that broader perspective into individualized nutrition care, helping clients find practical, sustainable approaches to food and health that work for their unique lives.
